State Settlement Options Permission

Use the State Settlement Options permission to specify the minimum settlement adjustment percentage for states.

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Arrangements folder and then click State Settlement Options.

Scope

This permission is available for the following scopes:

• System

• Business Class

• Customer Group

• Customer

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify whether users can adjust the minimum settlement percentage for specific states. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the settings.

• Code: If selected, the state allows adjustment of the settlement percentage.

• Settlement Adjustment: Settlement adjustment percentage and then specify the adjustment amount for each state selected.
