Supplemental Programs

There are several optional Latitude-related programs available, depending on what your organization purchased and installed, and what you have permissions to use. Some of these programs are accessible within Latitude and others are accessible from Windows only. 

Program

Description

ACH NSF

Processes insufficient fund ACH payment information received from Regal Technologies.

AIM

The Agency Interface Module (AIM) electronically distributes accounts to other agencies. AIM creates a file that you can import into other software programs for collection activity. In addition, AIM can import information received from an outside agency working accounts into the Latitude database and process account recalls. For more information, contact your Latitude sales representative.

Auto Mail Return

Uses a pen scanner to read the barcode on returned mail and flag the account as having a bad address.

Credit Bureau Reporting

Reports to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or Innovis the debtor accounts that your agency holds. 

Credit Report retrieval with SmartALX

Downloads credit reports from Equifax, TransUnion, or Experian based on credit report requests that you created in Latitude. Once you download the credit reports, you can attach them to debtor accounts and view them the Work Form.

Collection Charge

Adds an agency fee percentage to new business after you load new business into Latitude using any import method.

Custodian Editor

Processes "end of day" activities, including:

  • Cleaning data fields of invalid information

  • Building daily work queues

  • Scheduling promise reminder letters

  • Scheduling post-dated check and NITD reminder letters

  • Evaluating kept and broken promises

  • Scheduling fulfilled and pending post-dated payments

  • Calculating simple interest

  • Creating vendor letter files

  • Evaluating debtor credit bureau reporting status

Because of the complex nature of this program, Latitude by Genesys Support performs Custodian tasks. If you need custom modifications to Custodian tasks, contact Latitude by Genesys Support.

Dialer

 

Latitude supports several dialers for campaign building. When collectors are logged on to the dialer, the currently dialed debtor account displays in the Work Form

Direct Check

Prints online checks (or paper drafts) created in Latitude. Once printed, you can import the information back into the system for invoicing and other tasks.

Exchange Manager

Exchange is a dynamic interface program that allows your organization to create customized import and export files. This program is part of the standard Latitude package; however, you install it separately on each workstation.

Latitude Fusion (see also Services Modules)

Latitude Fusion integrates with the Latitude database to create request files and process returned information from various outside service providers. 

Latitude Web Access

Allows agency customers to view accounts and collection activity. Customers can run reports online and download directly to their workstation. For more information, contact your Latitude by Genesys Sales Representative.

Letter Console

Generates letters for accounts based on requests made in Latitude. You can create and modify custom letters to merge with account data for any classification of debtor. You can send letters to a third-party letter service for printing, along with data files containing the account information you specify.

Manager Dashboard

Displays real-time statistical collection information. It allows managers to monitor collection activities for all locations, departments, and teams.

Portfolio Manager

Imports accounts and tracks expenses for purchased portfolios, exports accounts, and tracks sales. For more information, contact your Latitude by Genesys Sales Representative.

Services Modules/ Fusion

Exports information requests and imports returned files from various outside service providers. Once you import account information, you can click Services on the Work Form to view it.

TUNA

The TransUnion Net Access program allows your agency to process credit bureau report requests, and import and attach credit reports returned to accounts.

Credit Bureau Reporting Console

Creates and maintains configuration settings used when reporting accounts to credit bureaus.

Latitude Archive

Moves older, unneeded data out of the Latitude database into an archive database, which can free resources and optimize performance.

Link Console

Handles automatic linking of new accounts entered into the system based on scores and algorithms.

Reporting Console

Saves snapshots of reports along with comments you type. Snapshots depict a report at a particular point in time.

Credit Report Requester

Requests credit bureau reports for multiple accounts, based on customized selection criteria.

Credit Reporting Wizard

Creates files to send to credit bureaus.

Custom Queue Manager

Creates custom queues using customized selection criteria.

Desk Mover

Moves accounts to specified desks based on customized selection criteria.

Letter Requester

Requests letters for multiple accounts based on customized selection criteria.

Payment Batch Wizard

Creates payment batches for processing received payments.

Pool Queue Manager

Creates “virtual work pools” for collectors based on customized selection criteria.

Query Configure

Modifies selection criteria for query tools.

SQL Author

Creates and stores custom SQL statements using the query builder.

Service Request Gateway Configuration

Configures Latitude so it can connect to service vendors when requesting information.

Status Changer

Changes the status for groups of accounts based on customized selection criteria.
