Use AIM Permission

Use the Use AIM permission to specify whether users can use AIM. 

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the AIM folder and then click Use AIM.

This permission is available for the following scopes:

• System

• Role

• User

• Branch
