Latitude 10.0 SU 10 includes the following new features and changes.
CBR Special Comment tool
Added the CBR Special Comment tool to allow users to update the special comment on specific CBR accounts.
Support Queue

Renamed "Remove" and "Remove All" options in the Support Queue Items for Account window to "Delete" and "Delete All" to more accurately represent the actions.

Added "Completed" option to the Support Queue Items for Account window to allow a supervisor or clerical user to complete a support item that the user worked.
Permissions
Added the following customer-level policies to the Minimum Settlement Options permission to allow different settlement percentages based on the number of days after the account received or charged-off date:
