Set Reminder
Use the Edit Set Reminder Activity dialog box to specify the criteria for setting a reminder on accounts for a specified desk. Note the following:

Reminders appear on the user's desk at the specified date and time when the user logs on to Latitude. Otherwise, the reminder appears when the user logs on after that date and time.

Accounts with reminders have a queue level of "000" and are not queued for work until the user dismisses the reminder. Timely follow-up and dismissal of reminders keeps accounts moving.
To modify a Set Reminder activity

Create or open a workflow with a Set Reminder activity. For more information, see Create a Workflow or Modify a Workflow.

On the workflow tab, double-click the Set Reminder activity. The Edit Set Reminder Activity dialog box appears.
Reminder Days: Number of days from the date the account enters this activity that you want the reminder to appear on the account.
Time of Day: Time of day you want the reminder to appear.
Current Desk: If selected, the reminder appears on the account for the desk assigned to the account.
Team Supervisor's Desk: If selected, the reminder appears on the account for the supervisor's desk.
Department Manager's Desk: If selected, the reminder appears on the account for the department manager's desk.
Selected Desk: If selected, the reminder appears on the account for the specified desk.

Type or use the arrows to specify the number of reminder days and time of day.

Do one of the following:

To set a reminder on the account for the desk assigned to the account, click Current Desk.

To set a reminder on the account for the supervisor's desk, click Team Supervisor's Desk.

To set a reminder on the account for the department manager's desk, click Department Manager's Desk.

To set a reminder on the account for the specified desk, click Selected Desk. Click the Search icon. In the Select Desks dialog box, click the desk and then click Open.

Click OK. WorkFlow Designer updates the Set Reminder activity in the workflow.
