WorkFlow Permissions and Policies
Your organization configures WorkFlow permissions and policies in Latitude for users who are responsible for managing workflows. The WorkFlow folder contains the permissions and policies. For more information, see "Permissions and Policies" in the Latitude documentation.
WorkFlow Engine Settings
The WorkFlow Engine Settings permission contains policies that determine how long the engine runs, the maximum number of accounts to process, and where to send error reports. Following are the default values that rarely require changes. If you have concerns about these settings, contact Latitude by Genesys Support.
Email Settings
If you plan to use a "send email" activity, configure the email settings in Latitude. For more information, see "Email Settings" in the "Admin Permissions and Policies" topic in the Latitude documentation.
