Pie Queue Options Permission

Use the Pie Queue Options permission to specify whether users can view or work another user’s desk in a pie queue.

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Work Form folder and then click Pie Queue Options.

Scope

This permission is available for the following scopes:

• System

• Role

• User

• Branch

• Department

• Team

• Desk

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify the pie queue options. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the options.

• Allow multiple desks: If selected, allows the user to select more than one desk to work in the pie queue. 

Note: The user must have the Work Other Desks permission or the multiple desk option is not available.

• Maximum Accounts: Maximum number of accounts that users can work in a pie queue based on the defined user scope (to maximize performance).

• Criteria: Criteria that are available to the user for selection in the pie queue.
