Search for an Account by Phone Number

Use the Simple Search tab in the Latitude Search - Search for Account window to search for an account by phone number. Phone numbers could exist in Latitude with dashes, slashes, spaces, or as numbers only. Make sure you type the phone number exactly as it exists in Latitude.

You can search for an account by the following:

• Debtor's or co-debtor's home, work, or cell phone

• Debtor's or co-debtor's fax number

• Spouse's home or work phone

• All numbers in phone history

• All phone numbers

To search for an account by phone number

1. In the Main Menu window, click Work or press Alt + W. The Work Form appears. The Work Form appears.

2. From the Search menu, click Search or press Ctrl + F. The Latitude Search - Search for Account window appears.

3. Click the Simple Search tab.

4. In the Phone list box, select the phone number type.

5. In the Phone box, type the phone number and then click Search. The results display on the Search Results tab. If the system doesn't find a match, it displays a message to that effect.
