Access ListBuilder Program Permission
Use the Access ListBuilder Program permission to specify whether users can use List Builder.
Location
In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Tools folder, expand the ListBuilder folder, and then click Access ListBuilder Program.
