Change the Status of a Debtor's or Co-debtor's Address

Use the Name Change dialog box to change the status of a debtor's or co-debtor's address. For example, if the post office returns mail as undeliverable, you can modify the status of the address to indicate that the address is no longer valid.

To change the status of a Debtor's or Co-debtor's address

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, in the Debtor section, click the tab for the debtor or co-debtor to modify.

  2. To change an address from valid to invalid, click Good Address. The system flags the address as invalid and changes the label to Bad Address.

  3. To change an address from invalid to valid, click Bad Address. The system flags the address as invalid and changes the label to Good Address.
