Complaints User Policy Permission
Use the Complaints User Policy permission to specify whether users can add or modify complaints. For more information, see Complaints.
Location
In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, do the following:

Expand the Work Form folder.

Expand the Panels folder.

Expand the Complaints folder.

Click User Policy.
Scope
This permission is available for the following scopes:

-
Role
-
User
-
Branch
Policy
This policy allows your organization to specify the complaint features that are available to users. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the settings.

User may create new complaint record: If selected, the user can create complaints for an account.

User may view/edit complaint record: If selected, the user can view and edit complaints for an account.

User can perform investigation on complaint record: If selected, the user can investigate complaints for an account.

User can finalize complaint record: If selected, the user can finalize complaints for an account.

User can edit a finalized complaint record: If selected, the user can edit finalized complaints for an account.
