Configure a Responsible Party for Credit Reporting

To include a responsible party in credit bureau reporting, the system requires certain settings.

To configure a responsible party for credit reporting

On the Debtor or Co-Debtor tab in the Work Form, ensure that the responsible party to report has the following settings:

Name box has a valid last and first name.

Address1 box has a valid street address.

C/S/Z box has a valid city, state, and ZIP Code.

Responsible check box is selected.

In the Debtor Details dialog box, ensure that the responsible party to report has the following settings:

Relation to Account list box is set to "Debtor" for the primary responsible party and "Co-debtor" for secondary responsible parties.

SSN box has a valid social security number.

Date of Birth box has a valid date of birth.

On the Customer Configuration pane in Credit Bureau Reporting Console, ensure that Include codebtors check box is selected.
