Disputes User Policy Permission

Use the Disputes User Policy permission to specify whether users can add or modify disputes. For more information, see Disputes.

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, do the following:

  1. Expand the Work Form folder.

  2. Expand the Panels folder.

  3. Expand the Disputes folder.

  4. Click User Policy.

Scope

This permission is available for the following scopes:

  • System

  • Role

  • User

  • Branch

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify the dispute features that are available to users. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the settings.

  • User may create new dispute record: If selected, the user can create disputes for an account.

  • User may view/edit dispute record: If selected, the user can view and edit disputes for an account.

  • User can finalize a dispute record: If selected, the user can finalize disputes for an account.

  • User can edit a finalized dispute record: If selected, the user can edit finalized disputes for an account.
