Download a Document

Use the Documentation panel to download a document that's associated to an account.

To download a document

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, do one of the following:

    • Click the View Scanned Images or Documents icon.

    • From the Info menu, click Documentation.

    • At the top of the Panels section, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Phones, Notes) and then click Documentation.

The Documentation panel appears.

Note: To sort the list of documents, click a column heading.

  1. In the data grid, click the document and in the Documentation toolbar, click Save. The Save Documentation to File dialog box appears.

  2. Browse to the location where you want to save the file and then click Save.
