Enter Credit Card Information Permission
Use the Enter Credit Card Information permission to specify whether users can provide credit card information for payments in a payment arrangement. For more information, see Specify Credit Card Information.
Location
In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Credit Cards folder and then click Enter Credit Card Information.

This permission is available for all scopes.
