Latest Posting Threshold Permission
Use the Latest Posting Threshold permission to specify the minimum payment posting amount required to trigger a Latest Posting notification in the upper right corner of the Enhanced Dashboard.
Location
In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Welcome Screen folder, expand the Enhanced Dashboard folder, and then click Latest Posting Threshold.

This policy allows your organization to specify the minimum posting amount required for the posting to appear on the Enhanced Dashboard. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the minimum posting amount required.
