Look up a Payment Instrument
Use the Look up Payment Instrument dialog box to look up a payment instrument that is available during the current Latitude session only and is not saved to the wallet. If you move to another account or to another panel, the payment instrument doesn't appear in the Wallet Maintenance dialog box. To view it, you have to look it up. After you log off your current session, the payment instrument is not available the next time that you log on to Latitude. You must have the Look up Payment Instruments Permission.
To look up a payment instrument

With an account displayed in the Work Form, from the menu bar, click Promise. The Arrangements panel appears.

Click Maintain Wallet. The Wallet Maintenance dialog box appears.

In the menu bar, click Look up. The Look up Payment Instrument dialog box appears.
Payment Instrument Type: Type of payment instrument, such as credit card or checking account.
Last Four Digits: Last four digits of the payment instrument account number.

Specify the information and then click OK. If found, the search results appear in the Wallet Maintenance dialog box.

Click OK. The payment instrument is available for selection in payment arrangements during the current Latitude session only.
