Maintain Patient Information

Use the Patient tab on the Medical panel to maintain patient information used for medical collections.

To maintain patient information

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, do one of the following:

    • From the Info menu, click Patient Info.

    • In the Panels section of the Work Form, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Notes, Phones) and then click Patient Info.

The Medical panel appears.

  1. Click the Patient tab.

  1. Complete the information and then click Save.
