Modify a Care Type

Use the Care Type dialog box to modify a care type.

To modify a care type

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, do one of the following:

    • From the Info menu, click Care and Hardship.

    • At the top of the Panels section, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Phones, Notes) and then click Care and Hardship.

  1. In the toolbar in the Care and Hardship panel, click Care Types.

  1. In the data grid, click the care type to modify and then click View/Edit Care Type.

Care Type dialog box

Code: Code that identifies the type of care, such as long-term illness or literacy issues.

Proof Required: If selected, your organization requires proof of the need for care.

Consent Required: If selected, you have consent from the debtor to discuss care and financial hardship information.

Description: Description of the care type.

Severity: Level of severity (1-10) for the care type.

  1. Modify the information and then click OK.
