Payment and Arrangement Linked Account Rules

The following rules apply to payments and arrangements for linked accounts.

• All non-driver follower accounts maintain queue level 875

• The driver account’s queue level dictates the queuing priority for the overall link group

• The driver account’s queue level, in some cases, might not match the driver account’s status code

• Individual account statuses are based on the type of payment nearest in the future, or the nearest event in the past, and by the arrangement the account is in

• Queue level 014 overrides queue levels 013, 018, 820, 830, and 840

• Accounts in queue level 010, 012, or 019 remain at that level until a user works the account

• If an account has no more ACH debit, paper draft, or card type payments and the driver account's queue level was 830 or 840, Custodian assigns the account to queue level 011
