Undo a Credit Reporting Delete Request

Use the Summary tab on the CB Detail panel to undo the delete request for an account if you haven't sent the delete request to the credit bureaus. You must have the CBR Delete Button permission.

To undo a credit reporting delete request

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, do one of the following:

    • At the top of the Panels section, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Phones, Notes) and then click Credit Bureau Reporting.

    • From the Info menu, click Credit Bureau Reporting.

The CB Detail panel appears, with the Summary tab selected.

CBR account deleted

  1. Click Undelete. A confirmation dialog box appears.

  2. Click OK. The system displays a message indicating that the account is restored to reporting and adds an audit trail record.
