Unreturn an Account
Use the Unreturn Account menu option to take back an account flagged as closed and returned to the customer (queue level 999). You need the appropriate permissions to unreturn an account.
To unreturn an account

With an account displayed in the Work Form, from the DE menu, click Unreturn Account. The Unreturn Account dialog box appears.

If necessary, in the Desk list box, select a different desk to assign to the account.

In the Queue Date box, type the queue date to assign to the account.

In the Queue Level box, type the queue level to assign the account and then click OK.
