View Credit Bureau Reporting Account Information

Use the Account Info tab on the CB Detail panel to view pending and historical credit bureau reporting information for an account.

To view credit bureau reporting account information

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, do one of the following:

    • At the top of the Panels section, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Phones, Notes) and then click Credit Bureau Reporting.

    • From the Info menu, click Credit Bureau Reporting.

The CB Detail panel appears, with the Summary tab selected.

  1. Click the Account Info tab.

View History: Type of credit reporting information to display.

Compliance Condition: Code that identifies the compliance condition, such as "account information disputed by consumer under FCRA."

_Account:

Account ID: Code that the system assigned to identify the account.

Cbr Exception: Number of credit reporting exceptions on the account.

Customer ID: Code that identifies the customer on the account.

Last Reported: Date the system or a user last reported the account to a credit bureau.

Last Updated: Date the system or a user last updated the account.

Primary Debtor ID: Code that identifies the primary debtor on the account.

Account:

Account Status: Reporting status of the account, such as assigned to internal or external collections. For more information, see CBR Account Status Codes.

Account Type: Code that identifies the account type, such as collection agency or business credit card. For more information, see Account Types.

Bankruptcy: Indicates whether the account is in bankruptcy.

Compliance Condition: Code that identifies the compliance condition, such as "account information disputed by consumer under FCRA." For more information, see Compliance Condition Codes.

Consumer Account Number: Code that the customer assigned to identify the account.

Creditor Classification: Class of business assigned to the account for reporting to credit bureaus. For more information, see Creditor Classification Code.

Deceased: Indicates whether the primary debtor is deceased.

Original Creditor: Original creditor assigned to the account.

Payment History Profile: Payment history codes that identify the monthly payment status for the past 24 months (for example, 30 days late).

Portfolio Type: Code that identifies the portfolio to which the account belongs. For more information, see Portfolio Types.

Special Comment: Code that identifies a note about the account, such as "debt paid through insurance." For more information, see Special Comment Codes.

Terms Duration: Terms for repayment of the account, such as number of months.

Dates:

Billing Date: Date the customer billed the debtor.

Closed Date: Date the system or a user closed the account.

Delinquency Date: Date the account became delinquent.

Last Payment Date: Date the debtor last paid on the account.

Open Date: Date your organization received the account.

Payment History Date: Date the system posted the payment history.

Money:

Actual Payment: Monthly payment amount.

Amount Past Due: Amount of the current balance that is past due.

Charge Off Amount: Amount of the customer's debt that the client charged off.

Credit Limit: Maximum credit amount granted to the customer.

Current Balance: Current balance on the account.

Original Loan: Original loan amount.

[Debtor] tab: Name of the debtor or co-debtor on the account. Information for each person displays on a separate tab.  

_Debtor:

Account ID: Code that the system assigned to identify the account.

Cbr Exceptions: Number of credit reporting exceptions for the debtor or co-debtor.

Debtor ID: Code that identifies the debtor or co-debtor on the account.

Debtor Seq: Code that identifies whether the person is the primary debtor or co-debtor on the account. The primary debtor is code 0 (zero) and codes 1 (one) and greater indicate co-debtors.

Last Updated: Date of the last update on the account.

Consumer:

Bankruptcy Status: Code that identifies the status of the bankruptcy. For more information, see Consumer Information Indicator (Bankruptcy) Codes.

DOB: Debtor's or co-debtor's date of birth.

ECOA Code: Equal Credit Opportunity Act code that identifies who is responsible for repayment of the debt, such as individual or joint. For more information, see ECOA Codes.

Information Indicator: Credit bureau consumer information indicator, such as reaffirmation of debt or petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

IsDeceased: Indicates whether the debtor or co-debtor is deceased.

Phone: Debtor's or co-debtor's phone number.

SSN: Debtor's or co-debtor's social security number.

Transaction Type: Code that identifies the type of account transaction, along with a description. For more information, see Transaction Types.

Consumer Address:

Address 1: Debtor's or co-debtor's address line 1.

Address 2: Debtor's or co-debtor's address line 2.

Address Indicator: Type of address, such as home, business, or military. For more information, see Address Indicator.

City: Debtor's or co-debtor's city of residence.

Country Code: Debtor's or co-debtor's country of residence.

Residence Code: Residence status, such as owns or rents. For more information, see Residence Codes.

State: Debtor's or co-debtor's state of residence.

ZIP Code: Debtor's or co-debtor's postal code.

Consumer Name:

First Name: Debtor's or co-debtor's first name.

Generation Code: Code that identifies the debtor's or co-debtor's generation (for example, III or IV).

Middle Name: Debtor's or co-debtor's middle name.

Name: Debtor's or co-debtor's full name.

Suffix: Debtor's or co-debtor's name suffix.

Surname: Debtor's or co-debtor's last name.

Account ID: Code that the system assigned to identify the account.

Name: Full name of the debtor or co-debtor

  1. To view pending or historical reporting information, in the View History list box, do one of the following:

    • To view information for an account that is pending reporting, click Pending.

    • To view historical reporting information, click the date that the account reported.

The system displays information based on your selection.

  1. To change the compliance condition for a pending record, in the Compliance Condition list box, click the condition. This list box is not available when viewing historical records.

  2. To change how the system displays the information, do one of the following:

    • To view information categorically, click the Categorized icon.

    • To view information alphabetically, click the Alphabetical icon.

Note: The example shows the information displayed categorically.

  1. To view information for a co-debtor on the account, click the tab labeled with the co-debtor's name.
