View Documents Associated to an Account

Use the Documentation panel to view documents associated to an account.

To view documents associated to an account

  1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, do one of the following:

    • Click the View Scanned Images or Documents icon.

    • From the Info menu, click Documentation.

    • At the top of the Panels section, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Phones, Notes) and then click Documentation.

The Documentation panel appears.

Note: To sort the list of documents, click a column heading.

  1. If the document is an image file type (such as jpeg or gif) and you want to view a thumbnail image of it, in the data grid, click the document. The image appears in a box in the Documentation panel.

  2. In the data grid, click the document and in the Documentation toolbar, click View. The document opens in the program in which it was created (for example, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Reader).
