View Legal Information

Use the Latitude Legal panel to view legal information for an account that your organization outsourced to an attorney for legal action. Attorneys provide account and payment information in a YGC (You've Got Claims) file format. After importing the file into Latitude, the information displays in this panel. To view the panel, your administrator must have selected the panel in the Work Form Panels permission.

To view legal information

1. With an account displayed in the Work Form, at the top of the Panels section, click the name of the currently displayed panel (for example, Phones, Notes) and then click Latitude Legal. The Latitude Legal panel appears.

2. To view various information, click the appropriate tab.
