View Payment History in Payment Arrangements Wizard
Use the Payment History page in the Enter New Arrangements window to view the payment history for an account.
To view payment history

In the Information list, click Payment History. The Payment History page appears.
File Number: Latitude file number for the account to which the payment applied. If the account is part of a group of linked accounts, the system populates this column.
UID: Unique identifier that Latitude uses internally.
Entered: Date a user added the payment to Latitude.
Paid: Payment date.
Total Paid: Amount paid or adjusted to the account.
Pay Type: Payment type. Types include: Paid Us, Paid Us Reversal, Paid Client, Paid Client Reversal, Adjustment Up, Adjustment Down, Paid Agency, and Paid Agency Reversal.
Pay Method: Payment method. Methods include: check, cash, credit card, ACH, paper draft, and post-dated check.
Invoiced: Date a user invoiced the payment to the customer.
Check #: Check number.
Comment: Comments the system or a user added.
Batch: Payment batch number.
