a. You can add Customer, Branch, Desk, and Received Date using this tab.

b. Customer, Branch, and Desk can be selected using their respective dialogs.

c. The customer dialog has filters related to Customer Group and Class of Business, which must help you choose a Customer Code. You can also filter based on Customer Code and Customer Name.

d. Desk Dialog has a filter related to Branch Codes, which can be used to choose a Desk Code. The branch is selected based on the selected Desk. You can also filter based on Desk Code and Desk Name.
