Remove a Complaint From an Account
Use the Complaints panel to remove a complaint from the account.
To remove a complaint

In the Task Panel navigation tree, click Complaints.

In the data grid, click the complaint to remove and then click Incorrect Account. Latitude removes the complaint from the account.
