Remove a Customer-Level Hold

Use the Manage Holds dialog box to remove a customer-level collection hold. Latitude removes holds automatically on the expiration date. You must have the Allow Creation of Holds Permission.

To remove a customer-level hold

  1. In the Account toolbar, click Holds.

  2. In the Options list box, click Customer.

  1. Click Remove Customer Hold.
