Add a Documentation Category
Use the Documentation Categories panel to add a documentation category.
To add a documentation category
- 
 In the Navigation pane, click System Codes and Settings > Accounts > Documentation Categories. 

- 
 Click the plus sign (+). A blank row appears in the data grid. 

- 
 In the Code box, type a unique code for the documentation category. 
- 
 In the Description box, type a description of the documentation category. 
- 
 Click the check mark.
