Arrangements

Use the Arrangements dialog box to specify the criteria for determining whether a payment arrangement exists on accounts. If the condition evaluates as true, the account moves to the true (green) endpoint; otherwise, it moves to the false (red) endpoint.

To modify an Arrangement activity

  1. Create or open a workflow with an Arrangements activity. For more information, see Create a Workflow or Modify a Workflow.

  1. On the workflow tab, double-click the Arrangements activity. The Arrangements dialog box appears.

  1. Click an option to indicate the payment arrangement condition to evaluate and then click Okay. WorkFlow Designer updates the Arrangements activity in the workflow.
