Job Categories

Job categories define which packages and processes are available for selection when you create a job configuration. The following job categories are available:

• AIM Export Job: Automates exporting files to send to outside collection agencies and attorneys, based on settings in AIM.

• AIM Import Job: Automates importing files received from outside collection agencies and attorneys, based on settings in AIM.

• AIM Placement Business Rule: Automates placing accounts with outside collection agencies and attorneys, based on settings in AIM.

• Command-Line Job: Automates campaign building using the ListBuilder tool or automates executing a command that runs any application configured to accept command-line parameters.

• Dialer Job: Not used.

• Exchange Export Job: Automates export processes defined in Exchange.

• Exchange Import Job: Automates import processes defined in Exchange.

• SQL Job: Not used.

• Vendor Service Export Job: Automates creating and exporting files to outside vendors (for example, credit bureaus).

• Vendor Service Import Job: Automates importing files received from outside vendors (for example, credit bureaus).

• Web API Job: Automates updates to RDN cases for vehicle recovery or automates the execution of queries defined in Account Analysis or automates sending a POST request to any Web API endpoint.

• YGC Export: Not used. Automates exporting You've Got Claims files to send to attorneys, based on settings in AIM.
