Change Continue Queuing Setting Permission
Use the Change Continue Queuing Setting permission to specify whether users can flag an account to include in the Collector queue while it's pending work in a Supervisor or Clerical queue.
Location
In the Navigation pane, click Applications > Liquid Latitude > Access Accounts > Queues > Change Continue Queuing Setting.
