Consider SMS as Bad

Enable SMS to be considered as ''Bad'' on SMS Delivery Failure.

 

Location

 

In the Navigation pane, click Digital Communication > SMS > Consider SMS as Bad.

 

 

Scope

 

This permission is available for the System, Client, Client Group, Business Class scope.

 

Policy

 

Set the corresponding SMS address as Bad if the permission Consider SMS as Bad is enabled.
