Letter Types
You can search for, add, modify, and delete letter types. User-defined letters have no functionality associated to them and Latitude cannot determine what type of letter it is. If you need specific functionality associated to a letter, use a system-defined letter. For example, if you want to send a settlement letter, use the system-defined settlement letter.
