You can use Job Manager to schedule export, import, or account placement processes that your organization defined in AIM to run automatically. Create a separate job configuration for each AIM agency and attorney that supports automation. Before creating a job configuration, ensure that your organization defined an export file layout, import file layout, or account placement business rule in AIM.
