Attorney/Forwarder
Use the Assign Account to Attorney/Forwarder dialog box to assign an account to an attorney or forwarder for collection, generate a placement letter to send to the attorney or forwarder, or recall the assignment. When you recall an account assignment, you can reassign the account to another attorney or forwarder or leave it unassigned.
Accounts assigned to an attorney or forwarder display the following message in the Work Form:
Note: If your agency consistently forwards accounts to outside collection services, look into purchasing AIM (Agency Interface Module). AIM allows your agency to batch accounts for disbursement and includes stair step and other analysis reports indicating outside agency performance.
