Import a Group of Reports
Use the Browse for Folder dialog box to import a group of Crystal Reports.
To import a group of reports

In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

In the Navigation pane, double-click the Crystal Reports folder, or right-click the Crystal Reports folder and then click Import Single Report. The Browse for Folder dialog box appears.

Select the folder where your organization saved the reports and then click OK. The system imports the report.
