Import a New Report
Use the Import Crystal Report dialog box to import a new Crystal Report.
To import a new report

In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

In the Navigation pane, double-click the Crystal Reports folder, or right-click the Crystal Reports folder and then click Import Single Report. The Import Crystal Report dialog box appears.

Select the report and then click Open. The system imports the report.
