Maintain ZIP Codes and Time Zones

Use the Zip Code/Time Zone Maintenance dialog box to update ZIP Codes and time zones in the system.

Important! Do NOT perform this update when users are logged on.

To update ZIP Codes and time zones

1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

2. In the menu bar, click File and then click ZIP Code/Time Zone Import. The Zip Code/Time Zone Maintenance dialog box appears.

3. Click in the File Name box, select the file to import, and click Open. The system populates the File Name box with the specified path and file name.

4. Click Begin Import.

5. In the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes. The system updates the ZIP Codes and time zones.
