Reset Credit Bureau Request Limits
Use the Latitude Maintenance window to reset the number of credit bureau requests remaining for each desk to the maximum allowed at any time. Latitude resets the number of credit requests remaining for each desk to the maximum allowed number for each new month so this option allows you to reset the limit.
To reset credit bureau request limits

In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

In the Navigation pane, right-click the Desk folder and then click Reset CBR Limits. The Reset Desk CBR Limits dialog box appears.

Click Yes.
