Scan Returned Mail

Use the AutoReturn window to scan the barcode on letters that the post office returned as undeliverable. The system matches the barcode to an account in Latitude and flags the account as having a bad address.

To scan returned mail

  1. On a workstation with a pen scanner attached, in the Main Menu window, from the Apps menu, click Auto Mail Return. The AutoReturn window appears.
