View or Hide Inactive Users

Use the Users - Roles window to view or hide inactive users.

To view or hide inactive users

  1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click Users and Roles. The Users and Roles window appears.

  2. To view inactive users, in the View menu, click Show Inactive Users. The inactive users appear in the Users folder with a red X.

  3. To hide inactive users, in the View menu, click Hide Inactive Users. The system removes the inactive users from the Users folder.
