Introduction to Web Access

Web Access is an advanced web-based program that complements Latitude. It allows a collection agency’s customers to view account information in the collection agency’s Latitude system. The collection agency has complete control over the features that are available to customers and report design. With the appropriate permissions, customers can do the following:

• Search for accounts.

• View account detail, such as debtor demographics, notes, payment history, and letter history.

• Send update requests to the administrator.

• Add notes to accounts.

• Transfer files to and from the web server.

• View reports.

• View the audit trail.
