Customer Groups

Use customer groups to segregate customers for goal setting. Goal Manager releases with the default "Catch-All Goal Group" which contains all customers your organization defined in Latitude. You can move customers to customer folders that you create; however, you can only assign a customer to one group at a time. You can also move customers back to the default customer group.
