API Defaults

This tab is used to show the record in [dbo].[apidefaults] It will show ONLY ONE RECORD. If there is no record, then there will be an option to add a record

To Select API Defaults

• In the Navigation pane, click System Codes and Settings > Accounts > API Defaults.

• Database Name: This is required if there is more than one database configured with the application and the value should match the Key given for this database in the configuration file.
• User Id: This is used for authenticating and authorizing a request from Workflow / Job Manager. You'll need to create an API key for the user and select that user on this screen.
• Base Url: URL where the Latitude application is hosted. For ex: https://www.latitudebygenesys.com/interactioncollectorwebclient
