Remove a Duplicate Complaint

Use the Complaints panel to remove a duplicate complaint for the account.

To remove a duplicate complaint

  1. In the Task Panel navigation tree, click Complaints.

  1. In the data grid, click the duplicate complaint to remove and then click Existing Complaint. Latitude removes the complaint.
