Unreturn an Account
To take back an account flagged as closed and returned to the customer (queue level 999). You need the appropriate permissions to unreturn an account. For more information, see Access Unreturn Account Permission
To unreturn an account

Click Reactivate tab and select Unreturn Account. The Unreturn Account dialog box appears.

If necessary, in the Desk list box, select a different desk to assign to the account and click Save.
