Group Query Conditions for Evaluation

Use the Conditions pane of the Select Accounts page to group query conditions.

To group query conditions

  1. Ensure that you are on the Select Accounts page. For more information, see Select and Configure Conditions.

  1. In the Conditions pane, select the conditions to group.

Tip: To select multiple sequential conditions, press and hold the Shift key and click the first and last sequential condition. To select multiple non-sequential conditions, press and hold the Ctrl key and click each individual condition. To select all conditions, right-click and then click Select All.

  1. Do one of the following:

  • Right-click a condition and then click Group.

  • In the Conditions toolbar, click the Group icon.

The query designer groups the selected conditions and flags the beginning and ending of the group.

  1. Continue grouping conditions as necessary.

  2. To save the query, do the following:

    1. In the toolbar, click Save. The Save Query Dialog box appears.

    2. To save a new query, in the Query Name box, type a name for the query and then click Save.

    3. To save to an existing query, click the query name and then click Save.
