Start an Account in a Process

Use the Start option in the Processes menu to start an account in the first stage of a process. You can only start an account in the first stage that your organization set up for the process. However, you can move the account to subsequent stages within the process after you start the process.

To start an account in a process

  • In the Account toolbar, click Processes > Start > [process name]. The anchor card for the selected process appears in the Account Information panel. The following example shows that the account is in the Confirmation stage of the Dispute process. It also shows that the process has two stages and that the account is in the first stage.
